Description

Ingredients
- Grated coconut – ½ cup
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Green chilies – 3 to 4
- Tomatoes – 250 gm
- Water – 2 to 3 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar – ½ tbsp
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Whole red chilies – 2
- Curry leaves – 8 to 10
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Asafetida – 1 pinch
- Tomato saar
- Cilantro leaves for garnish
Method
- Take grated coconut, cumin seeds, green chilies, tomatoes and grind the mixture.
- Press sauté mode, then add puree, water, salt to taste and black pepper powder and mix it well.
- Turn off sauté mode. Close the lid, and set valve on sealing mode.
- Turn on soup mode for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, release the pressure manually.
- Open the lid, stir it, take it out and press sauté mode
- Then add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafetida, whole red chilies, curry leaves and then mix it well.
- Now add turmeric powder and mix well. Now add tomato saar and mix well
- Now, sauté it for 5 minutes and mix it well.
- Turn off sauté mode. And then cook it for 2 minutes.
- Lastly, add cilantro leaves for garnish.
- Ready to serve.
