Ingredients & Method

Ingredients

  • Sabudana – ½ cup
  • Boil potato – 3-4 nos.
  • Green chilies – 2-3 chopped
  • Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Sendhav salt to taste
  • Cliantro
  • Lemon juice – ½ tsp

Method

  • Take Sabudana and grind it properly, make fine powder
  • Now, take boil potatos and mash it well
  • Add green chillies, black pepper powder, cilantro and sendhav salt
  • Add sabudana powder, lemon juice and mix it well
  • Make a soft dough
  • Heat oil in a wok, and make small gota
  • Add gota and cook it on medium heat
  • Make it golden brown from both the sides
  • Same way fry others gota on medium flame
  • Take it out from pan
  • Serve it with curd.
