Ingredients

  • Carrots – 200 gm
  • Green chilli – 200 gm
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida – a pinch

Method

  • Take a bowl add carrot, green chilli, turmeric powder, salt to taste, lemon juice and mix it well.
  • Now take a pan, add oil and when it’s get slightly warm turn off the flame.
  • Now take mustard seeds, asafoetida, and pour oil on it.
  • Then, mix it well. Add the ready mixture on it. And mix it properly.
  • It’s ready to serve
