Ingredients
- Carrots – 200 gm
- Green chilli – 200 gm
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida – a pinch
Method
- Take a bowl add carrot, green chilli, turmeric powder, salt to taste, lemon juice and mix it well.
- Now take a pan, add oil and when it’s get slightly warm turn off the flame.
- Now take mustard seeds, asafoetida, and pour oil on it.
- Then, mix it well. Add the ready mixture on it. And mix it properly.
- It’s ready to serve
