GITS Handvo Mix

This mix is made of rice, chickpeas, pigeon peas and lentils. Handvo is a traditional Gujarati savory cake. This mix is baked in an oven and topped with sauteed spices. This wholesome dish can be enjoyed as a meal by itself or with a side of pickle or chutney.
