Spice mix for mix vegetables in tomato gravy with Aromatic spices. Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 11/2 of water to make a paste, Heat 3tbsp oil in a pan add finely chopped capsicum and fry 2-3mins. Add Tomato puree or finely chopped Tomatoes and cook for 5mins Add boiled and mashed vegetables 2cups of water cook for 2-3mins and add 2tbsp butter, Garnish and serve hot.
