NIRAV Fresh Concentrate Panipuri Masala

This spicy, dark green concentrate is used to make cumin-flavored water for small puffs called puchkas. These small puffs are filled with small cubes of boiled potatoes, chickpeas, beans, chutney and then filled with this water.
